So, to continue my yarn addiction story...
How did I go from crocheting to knitting? Well, basically I got bored. I would look at magazines and drool over the knitted fun. I had learned to knit AGES ago but hadn't knit in years. So, I went to my friendly neighborhood Michaels and bought some crappy yarn, some cheap knitting needles and the book Knitting for Dummies and off I went into the world of knitting. A few icky scarves later, and I was obsessed.
